Civil Service people survey 2011 publication of external results
Following The Insolvency Service’s participation in the Civil Service People Survey (CSPS) 2011, The Service’s headline results have now been published; results are available here (PDF, 844Kb) (PDF, 844 Kb) .
The CSPS is the largest staff attitude survey in the UK, receiving almost 300,000 responses from 97 organisations across the Civil Service in 2011. Civil Servants were asked to comment on a range of issues, with a particular focus on measuring the degree to which staff feel engaged in their work and organisation.
Over the coming months, The Service will be looking to focus on actions to build on our strengths and improve and sustain staff engagement and involvement.
