Customer Service Excellence
Our continued customer-focused approach has been recognised by the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation which The Service successfully achieved in 2010.
CSE, which recently replaced the Charter Mark standard which The Service had previously held for 11 years. CSE is targeted at the development and improvement of our understanding of what really is important to our customers so that we can aim to put the customer at the heart of all that we do using customers’ needs as a starting point for designing, delivering and evaluating our policies and service delivery.
