To make submitting your complaint online easier, there are forms available which can be completed giving all of the initial information we need. This will help us to assess your complaint and decide on a course of action.

Use our Breach Questionnaire to report a disqualified director who is breaching the disqualification order or about an individual breaching bankruptcy/debt relief/sequestration

Use our Complaint Form to report any conduct or companies currently trading which you feel is either fraudulent or against the public interest.
In all cases we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint as soon as we receive it.
