It is important that you provide as much information as possible and keep hold of any supporting documentation as this may be requested at a later date.
Although you can make a complaint anonymously there is no real benefit and it would then be difficult for further information to be obtained from you should it be required.
We will treat any information you provide in the strictest confidence, and under no circumstances do we disclose the source of the complaint.
If your concerns are more appropriate for another public body, we would normally pass on your complaint. However if you do not wish us to do so, please make that clear in your complaint.
