Enquiries

The advice provided via our enquiry service is based on the best and most up to date information available to us at the time. However, it is not a definitive opinion as only the courts can interpret legislation with any authority.

Have you tried the FAQ page?

Due to the volume of enquiries we receive we recommend that you first access the FAQ page, where you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.

The news and events pages also detail events and conferences attended by NMO where we are available to answer specific questions.

We recommend that all enquiries are made via our online enquiries system, by choosing the relevant enquiry form and following the on screen instructions.

Alternatively, by phoning 020 8943 7227, you can leave a message, and an enforcement officer will return your call as soon as possible. Please be aware that this is an automated system and you will not be able to speak with anybody directly at the time of calling.

Enquiries can also be submitted by writing to:

NMO Enforcement Authority
Stanton Avenue
Teddington
Middlesex
TW11 0JZ

Due to the legal nature and volume of enquiries we receive we aim to respond to all enquiries within one month.

How to make a complaint

Complaints can be made via the enquiry system. Please understand that this is an area you can comment or on our enquiry service and should not be confused with making comments about non-compliance of specific products.

What types of enquiries can we answer?

We can only answer enquiries on enforcement process and scope. Policy questions should be made to the relevant sponsoring department or the European Commission.
