Calls for Expressions of Interest
This section contains details of new research that the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) wishes to commission from external contractors.
You must submit an expression of interest (EOI) in order to be considered to be invited to tender for the contract. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee an invitation to tender and the Department does not routinely advise organisations that they have not been successful in being invited to tender. Feedback is however available on request.
Please click the links on the right to find further information about each project. These pages also include, where appropriate, guidance on the information required in the EOI, the criteria to be used to assess your EOI and how to submit your EOI.
Unless we request otherwise, you must restrict your EOI to a maximum of 750 words. Any text over and above the limit set for the project will not be considered.
All contracts are let on the basis of the Department’s Contract Terms and Conditions and you are encouraged to check these before submitting your expression of interest.
